What this tool does — and doesn't do. It searches the Madlanga Commission transcripts and answers your question based only on what was actually said in evidence. It cannot tell you what is true — only what was testified, and where. A claim stated once and never challenged passes clean through this system even if false. Every answer cites the hearing day and witness it is drawn from. If the record does not contain enough to answer your question, it will say so.
